Why is the message indicator light on but there are no messages in my voicemail?
- On KX-T763x, KX-DTxxx or KX-NTxxx model phones, press your message button and then press the soft key under the screen of your phone that says clear. Continue to press clear until the message light extinguishes. If you have a KX-T7667, please press INTERCOM, then dial *700 followed by your extension number, then #

Why are my calls are not forwarding to voicemail?
